Dr. Jessi Sigander is native to the Northwest. She loves reading, traveling, and learning. Her passion for working with dyslexia comes from her own daughter’s dyslexic diagnosis, struggles and triumphs through a version of N.O.T. Jessi’s background is in education with BA in education, Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, and a PhD in Educational Leadership. She volunteers with the Oregon Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (ORBIDA).

Amy Wilson was raised in the Northwest and currently lives in Hillsboro, OR. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Special Education, and later earned a Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy. She worked in the Beaverton School district as both a Learning Specialist and a Kindergarten teacher, and later worked for K12 as an online teacher.
As a teacher, Amy noticed that the school system is not set up to help students with dyslexia effectively, and found it even more frustrating as the parent of a child with dyslexia. When Amy found this alternative approach to treating dyslexia, she switched gears professionally, and is thrilled to be able to bring real results and help to those touched by dyslexia.

Nikki Raichart was raised in the northwest and currently lives in Central Washington. She is certified as an integrative nutrition health coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her work as a foster parent for 10 years, living with and understanding trauma in an in-depth way, has been the driving force behind becoming a Brain Breakthrough practitioner.
Her experience working for over a decade with caseworkers, judges, CASA’s, attorney’s, therapists and doctors have given her a unique perspective and understanding in to what people genuinely need when life is hard, scary, confusing and feels out of their own control. Not only has she been a foster parent to almost 50 children, she is the mother of 6 children, ages 20 to 4, and has experienced the incredible benefits of The Brain Breakthrough with her own daughter’s dyslexic and auditory processing difficulties and wants to help others have the same positive experience. Her approach is holistic. It’s personal. Her desire is to connect with you, hear you and offer you the tools to make your health and your life what you want it to be.
